Revisiting a B2B value proposition and brand.

Applied Textiles is a leading textile logistics and performance provider. The company works with textile manufacturers and hospitality brands to apply performance-enhancing treatments to textile products.

While Applied had a proven track record of innovation and growth, their value proposition was not well understood. Textile makers and buyers want high performance but often lack a nuanced understanding to execute. The sea of chemicals, certifications, and testing created a climate of confusion. Applied asked Peopledesign to help reset the conversation.

Working with the Applied leadership team, we recast the company's value proposition. By developing a message framework by audience, and creating an ingredient brand strategy, we aimed to make the company's offering more understandable and approachable. Peopledesign developed a new graphic identity and brand image for Applied Textiles that is simple, extendable, and playful.

Peopledesign is super smart, very responsive, adept at navigating myriad different perspectives and points of view. They can scale up and down very effectively and have gotten us through incredibly tight deadlines. They get things done!
