When Facebook and MySpace were new, Spout.com was an early social media startup that we helped create and manage for the three years. During that time, helped conceptualize and launch the company as a primary strategic advisor. Peopledesign staff served on the Spout executive steering team to support marketing, product development, communications, digital strategy, and team development. Our work included user research, value propositions, brand positioning, customer experience, UX, advertising, direct and event marketing. A few years after its founding, Spout.com was acquired by one of its competitors.
Through their focus on the design process and a strong, holistic approach to his projects, Peopledesign has always been able to deliver a high quality of work. This is why I count Peopledesign within a limited list of advisers whom I implicitly trust.
