Jake is our lead researcher and strategist. From Fortune 500s to locally-owned businesses, Jake applies human-centered design methods to help companies develop strategies for growth. He has helped many Peopledesign clients find greater focus, alignment, and balance.

Jake started as a journalist reporting on the intersection of design and business. His pursuit of creative problem-solving in business led him to earn an MBA with a concentration in Design Thinking and Innovation Management.

Prior to Peopledesign, Jake worked as a researcher for a global innovation consultancy, focusing on applying ethnographic research techniques to help companies identify opportunities to launch new products for organizations like The North Face and Pepsico.
